The BC Cancer Research Center (BCCRC) and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK) used ‘Blang,’ a new probabilistic programming language using NRPT, to model the evolution of single-cell cancer genomes. See the links for the resulting Nature paper and the Journal of Statistical Software paper on Blang.
